My current stay has been pleasant so far. The room is decent and meets my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would also like to thank Abby for assisting me through the chat during the check-in process her support was prompt and very helpful.
The maintenance staff (senor Rafael, and senor Luis) and the front desk staff (senor Raul and senora Elizabeth), and house keeping staff (Senora Noemi and Senora Suaneth)are very friendly and accommodating and as long as you come in here with the understanding of the saying “you get what you pay for” if you ever want to complain about something, then you’ll do fine. I happen to love my personal room and nobody bothers me, so I am very satisfied!!!! Understand as well, they all work together to keep the grounds very clean, but, let’s just say, some residents may lack good “formal training”….
I’ve just signed a lease, and I’m a new tenant at Stayable Kissimmee East. My leasing agent’s name is Ruby. Throughout the whole time working with her, she always remained very professional. She knowledgeably answered ALL my questions. She was very respectful and patient. I’m a senior citizen, and all of those qualities are very important to me. I would definitely give her a well-deserved five-star rating.
Thanks to Rafael, Ruby and Elizabeth I had a great and pleasant welcome to this hotel. They were very pacience and kind with me and I’m so happy to live in a place with such a wonderful staff. The place is very clean and the rooms omg, they are very comfy. Please be good to this staff they are very good at their job.

The room was very affordable and exceptionally clean, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always willing to help.
